Chris has been working on his own recovery for the past ten years. He is committed to engaging his own work from a faith perspective, bringing both the kindness and the wisdom of the recovery community to bear.

Chris believes that while behavior is what brings someone to pursue recovery, addressing behaviors alone is ineffective. The only way true change can happen is to address the roots of the struggle. Through a blended approach of practical recovery coaching, community and narrative therapy, Chris is committed to helping you not only change your behavior but also understanding why you are so drawn to the desires in which you struggle. If you are just now considering dealing with your unwanted behaviors or have been in recovery for some time, Chris would love to sit with you to see how he can help.
